IT IS SO EASY
Use our ‘dayoutdubai.com’ experience finder to narrow your search of experiences by category or price. You can add to the shopping cart the experience you have chosen or multiple experiences you wish to book or to gift. By just clicking add to cart, putting the number of guests, selecting a date or if booking multi-experiences, then select dates experience wise according to their availability. Here you can review all the chosen experiences and continue by filling out your contact information. Proceed to payment section for completing your transaction where-after you will see and receive a unique booking number which you can also use for retrieving your booking anytime you want.
If you cannot decide which experience/s to buy or gift, you can simply purchase an open ended ‘Gift Certificate’ of a fixed value and let the recipient select the experience/s according to their choice within the price range.

SHOULD I SELECT A BOOKING DATE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASING OR GIFTING AN EXPERIENCE?
It is entirely upto you to either book with a specific date the experience of your choice or choose a date after an experience has been purchased through Day Out Dubai.com. If an experience is purchased without a specific date, it will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

CAN I BUY MULTIPLE GIFTS AT THE SAME TIME?
Yes. Whether you are selecting an experience or experiences for yourself or buying multiple experiences for one lucky person, you can buy all the chosen experiences or the ones you intend to gift by adding them to your shopping cart during one transaction.

CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE GIFT CARDS?
Yes. To combine multiple gift certificates, please contact us on phone or e-mail. The total value of the gift certificates you wish to combine will be totaled, and can be used towards the booking of any experience.

ARE THERE ANY REQUIREMENTS THAT NEED TO BE CONSIDERED BEFORE PURCHASING AN EXPERIENCE?
Certain experiences do have specific requirements for participation. The requirements, if any are provided on the experience detail page under the headings ‘Vital Information and ‘You Need To Know’. dayoutdubai.com does its best to include all requirements on each experience detail page; however, we cannot take responsibility for any inaccuracies, so please contact us with any questions if you are unsure of certain restrictions for a specific experience. It is the responsibility of the recipient to comply with all necessary requirements prior to participating in an experience. Cancellations made as a result of the inability to meet the service provider’s requirements are non-refundable.

CAN I EXTEND THE EXPIRATION DATE ON MY DAYOUTDUBAI.COM GIFT CERTIFICATE?
Yes. To extend the expiration of your Experience or Gift Certificate. Extensions must be requested prior to your original expiration date. All extensions will be subject to a AED 100/- administrative fee and can be extended for a period of 3 months from the original expiration date. All communications must be on email.

WHAT IF I BOOK AN EXPERIENCE THAT IS LESS IN VALUE THAN MY CERTIFICATE?
A statement will be issued for the experience/s booked and any remaining value will be issued in the form of a credit note which will be communicated by an e-mail to you. You will find Account Summary and will be able to apply it towards the booking of any new experience on the www.dayoutdubai.com. Please note there will be no monetary refunds applicable.
12.
CAN I EXCHANGE THE EXPERIENCE I HAVE BEEN GIVEN FOR ANOTHER ONE?
Yes. You can exchange the experience you have been given for a different one. Un-booked experiences can be exchanged at any time prior to the Experience or Gift Certificate expiration date FREE OF CHARGE. Booked Experiences can also be exchanged FREE OF CHARGE but must be exchanged before the posted cancellation policy found on the relevant Experience Detail page at www.dayoutdubai.com
If the experience you are exchanging for costs more than your original, you will be required to pay any difference in cost. If your new experience costs less than your original, you will be issued a credit note with the remaining value which can be applied towards the booking of any experience on the website.
13.
WHAT IF I BOOK AN EXPERIENCE, BUT HAVE TO CANCEL?
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rebooking are allowed up to ten (10) days prior to the Experience, unless otherwise noted at www.dayoutdubai.com for a particular Experience.
14.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER ON THE DAY OF MY EXPERIENCE?
Certain experiences are subject to weather conditions. In the case of questionable weather, please contact your experience provider at the number provided to you on your booking confirmation email and they will assist you in re-booking the experience with mutual consent.
15.
IF MY GIFT CARD HAS BEEN LOST OR STOLEN, WILL DAYOUTDUBAI.COM REPLACE IT?
No. We will not replace lost or stolen gift certificates.
