The Experience:

You must arrive at least 15 minutes prior, late arrival may result in missing the experience for which ‘full no-show charges’ apply

Spa Etiquette:
	The spa is a retreat for your body, mind and spirit, We kindly request you to follow the following:
	Arrive Early: Relaxation is one of the benefits of spa treatments and it is important to take full advantage of your visit. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes or more before your appointment as spa treatments begin exactly on time. A late start would shorten your treatment time as appointments finish on time in order to avoid inconveniencing the next client.
	Consider Other Guests: Mobile phones and electronic devices are discouraged. Children are not allowed at the spa unless they are having a treatment, accompanied by an adult. Respect the other guests privacy by speaking softly. Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the spa are prohibited and it is advisable to avoid heavy meals prior to or after a spa treatment.
	Special Consideration: Be open with your medical history so that your therapist can help you to choose appropriate treatments. It will be useful to know whether you have suffered any trauma or if you have any of the following conditions: high blood pressure, heart condition, allergies, varicose veins, pregnancy or recent surgery. Please consult your doctor before signing up for any spa services.
	You can check about the privacy levels in dressing, shower facilities and treatment rooms so you can prepare yourself and feel comfortable.
	Please do not bring jewellery and valuables as the spa management does not accept any responsibility or liability, if they go missing

Dress-Code:
Please arrive at the spa wearing comfortable and light clothing. Kindly bring your own undergarments.

Conditions:
We reserve the right to cancel any part or whole tour for reasons of government decisions, weather conditions and force majeure for which the clients will be offered an alternate date for availing the experience. Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rebooking are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the Experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and rebook at least 48 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your Experience.
